• Each appointment is carefully scheduled to provide you with dedicated, uninterrupted attention.

Respect for the Studio

• My studio is a clean, sanitized, and peaceful environment.
• Please be mindful and respectful of the space at all times.
• Disruptive behavior, loud conversations, or lack of consideration will not be tolerated.

Respect for Equipment & Tools

• All tools and equipment are professional-grade and sterile.
• Clients are not permitted to touch any equipment unless instructed.
• Careless or damaging behavior is unacceptable.

Respect for Instructions

• Follow all instructions given during your appointment for safety and optimal results.

Mapping & Design Process

• Your brow mapping is approached with precision and attention to detail.
• Your bone structure, muscle movement, and natural brow pattern affect the final design.
• Not all shapes or reference photos are suitable for every face.
• I will guide you professionally toward the best result.
• Excessive changes or unrealistic expectations may disrupt the appointment.
• Please trust my expertise and remain open to guidance.

No Outside Interference

• Video calls or outside opinions during the procedure are not permitted.
• Real-time direction from others is considered inappropriate.

No Chewing Gum

• Chewing gum is not allowed during the procedure.
• Jaw movement can affect precision while working.

Professional Conduct

• Kindness, respect, and proper communication are expected at all times.
• Negative or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

• Failure to follow guidelines will result in immediate termination.
• Clients may be asked to leave with no refund issued.
